Advising client on planning feasibility, preparation of architectural drawings, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan. Preparation and submission of Prior Approval application, liaison with the council.
Our client approached Osborne Planning to assist with maximising the potential of a large office block in Telford. The brief was to obtain permission from the council for as many flats as possible. Osborne Planning advised the client that the proposal would not require planning permission subject to obtaining Prior Approval from the council and to address concerns of parking, refuse store and collection, contamination, flooding and acoustics. Osborne Planning produced the architectural drawings, Planning Statement, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan and addressed the contamination and flooding. The Acoustic Report was produced by a specialist company. The application was approved for 68 flats.
