Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne advised the client on the likelihood of obtaining permission for the change of use of an office building to a nursery (D1 use). We advised to apply for Prior Approval. We were instructed to survey the property and to produce the architectural drawings. We also prepared the Planning Statement, Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and the relevant forms/ maps and we liaised with the Planners following the submission of the application. Croydon Council Granted Prior Approval.
