Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission for the change of use of the former betting shop (A2, sui generis) to a restaurant (A3, E Use Class) with outdoor seating, extraction flue and signage at the frontage. We produced the architectural drawings, prepared the Planning Statement and application documents and we liaised with the planning officer to ensure that the application was approved without delay. Hounslow Council granted planning permission.
