Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for the conversion of the existing Chinese restaurant (A3 use class) to a mixed use A3/ A5 (with ancillary takeaway).

We liaised with the council and negotiated changes to the facade to allow for collection from the pedestrian pathway of takeaway items. Osborne Planning produced the Planning Statement and argued how the proposal complies with the planning policies, we produced the architectural drawings and submitted the application. The application was approved.
