Change of use of the premises from A1 (Retail) to A1 (Retail) and D1 (specialist orthodontic centre and Emergency Dental service) mixed A1 / D1 use. Also achieved permission for replacement of shopfront.

Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of changing the A1 unit in Haringey to a dental practise. We advised following our research that a partial change of use of the premises would be feasible. The client instructed us to prepare the planning application and architectural drawings. We produced the floor plans and elevations and designed the new layouts to show a mixed-use A1 retail and A1 retail with D1 dental practise. The shopfront was also going to be updated and extended to the front. We applied for planning permission and advertisement consent for the new signage and changes to the facade. Haringey Council granted planning permission.
