Osborne Planning advised the client on the planning feasibility. We assisted the client with preparing the planning application and drawings and liaised with the conservation and heritage officer and planning officer regarding the use of the property and the impact on the vitality of the town centre. Planning permission was granted following intensive discussions and negotiations with Richmond Council planners.
