Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne Planning were instructed to establish that the property's loft conversion and rooflights were in fact permitted development and did not require planning permission. We collected evidence to demonstrate to Southwark Council that the works were carried out over 4 years prior to the Certificate of Lawfulness application. The Lawful Development Certificate was issued and the application was approved.
