Osborne Planning were instructed to assist and advise the architect to obtain planning permission for a new residential development following the demolition of the existing building. Osborne Planning advised the client and architect on the proposed drawings and design. Osborne Planning also produced the planning and design and access statements and liaised with the Council following submission of the application. The application was GRANTED planning permission by Wandsworth Council.
