Osborne Planning Consultants were commissioned to produce a 3D model and visualisations (CGI's) of a semi detached house in Hampstead, Barnet which required listed building consent for alterations to the facade and interiors.
Barnet Council granted permission for a double storey rear extension, basement extension, roof extension and garage conversion to a detached house in Hampstead. Osborne Planning in partnership with 4D Planning produced the architectural design plans, drawings and 3D visuals and submitted the planning application.
Osborne Planning in partnership with 4D Planning prepared a design and 3D visuals for a large rear home extension at a semi detached property in Hendon, NW4. The property was higher up than the garden level and the challenge was to create a design that made the living room level with the outside garden area.
